I just got back from an intense 2 hour futbol game and man.......my ankles are swooooooollen. I can barely move them haha :\
Anyways...I have an interview tomorrow at what I think is an advertising company. "Cohen Communications" doesn't really explain what they do. I'm gonna be all dressed up and try not to be nervous. I have what I call a "portfolio", though all it is is a bunch of random designs and whatnot printed onto photo paper from my HP printer.
I hope it goes well!
L.A. this weekend.

Messed around with my tablet the other day..haven't done that since I moved. I need a desk!
Anyways, the semester's about to be over and I can't wait to see what summer has in store for me. I hope I get a job.

Time for an update.
This weekend was dope. Spent time with my girl, as always, and went to the MayDay march. Seeing so many people there, united, for the same cause is amazing.
From The Hundreds Blog:
"Whether or not you agree with their perspective, you must admire their zeal and fervor. Their fight. Sometimes I get bummed that the youth have become so entrenched in apathy, jaded to corporate takeover, to government running rampant through our lives, and lacking a defined opinion on issues that directly matter to our community. But then I look around at rallies like this, and it renews that sense of relevance and urgency. Trust me, t-shirts and sneakers and baseball caps are all great fun. But look into the eyes of these people, listen to their collective voice, and you will see that there are much more real and visceral forces that encompass peoples’ lives beyond material consumption. "
That's exactly how I feel.
Also kicked it with Ernesto from Obey/Studio No. 1..hope to do some stuff with him in the future if the opportunity arises.
All in all, it was a good weekend.
Just a few, gotta upload the rest:

///
I'm gonna start using this instead of LJ. Sooo...
I've been living in Fresno for three months now, and all I can say is that life has been good so far.
I can't believe my first semester here's about to be over already--time goes by so quickly. Next semester should be dope since all I'm gonna be taking will be my Graphic Design classes. No more essays.
I'm still looking for a job though. Hopefully the University Student Union @ school calls me back. If I get the job, I'd be doing design work for them for school-related events, etc. and for random clients that walk in.
Been hitting the gym a lot since I moved here..every other day, actually.
I don't remember ever being so determined about something. It's a good feeling when you see that your hard work is paying off.
